Coaching Methodology

Coaching methodologies include GROW for structured goal-setting, OSKAR for strengths-based development, Solution-Focused approaches to prioritize solutions, and Co-Active coaching to support collaborative growth. Brené Brown’s Braving Trust framework strengthens team cohesion, Simon Sinek’s Golden Circle model clarifies organizational purpose, and Daniel Goleman’s Emotional Intelligence framework develops self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skills.

Action Learning

Pre-module materials, such as articles, videos, and podcasts, provide theoretical foundations so workshops can focus on practical application. Small action-learning teams tackle real-world challenges such as talent retention and client loyalty, delivering business results while fostering inclusive, strengths-based collaboration through online forums and chat groups.

Participants use reflective journals and workbooks to document exercises, track development, and update managers on their progress.

Our Program

Equipping you with tools for success.

Introduction

Conscious leaders demonstrate integrity, authenticity, and accountability. They listen actively and remain aware of themselves and their environment. This program helps participants distinguish between ego and elevated consciousness, and develop intuition and heart engagement through mindfulness and brain-training practices that support self-observation and new neural pathways. The curriculum provides a program overview, facilitates selection of a three-month business challenge for small groups, assigns accountability partners, and previews the eleven upcoming modules.

Self-Awareness Insights

A clear self-view strengthens confidence, creativity, decision-making, relationships, and leadership. Yet, research shows that only 10-15% of people possess genuine self-awareness. This program explores internal and external awareness through four archetypes: Introspecting, Aware, Seeking, and Pleasing. Participants will align their personal values with organizational values and assess their strengths using the Gallup StrengthsFinder and the Enneagram, which identifies nine personality types based on motivations and fears. Accredited practitioners lead the program and provide pre-workshop coaching. The resulting profiles offer ongoing reference points for individuals, peers, and teams.

Evolving Leadership

Participants will examine five leadership styles—Transformational, Delegative, Authoritative, Transactional, and Participative—by assessing their ask-tell balance and flexibility. The module highlights how coaching encourages creativity through practical exercises in listening and questioning. Participants will reflect on the question, “What is it like to be led by me?” At the end of Month 3, they will prepare to receive feedback from those they have influenced, focusing on learning to accept and act on feedback effectively.

Purposeful Mindset

Simon Sinek’s concept of “why” encourages individuals to align their passions and strengths with organizational goals to find vocational purpose. David Rock’s SCARF model offers a neurobiological approach to understanding and managing limiting beliefs, self-sabotaging behaviors, and emotional triggers. Storytelling and self-compassion help foster vulnerability, which research shows is more beneficial than self-esteem. Adopting Carol Dweck’s Growth Mindset supports reframing challenges and promotes authenticity and effective followership in hybrid work environments.

Trust & Empathy

Stephen Covey asserts that trust is a learnable skill, as shown in the principle to “seek first to understand.” Trust can be developed through a structured seven-step process, which can be analyzed using case studies. Key elements include building workplace empathy, mastering the four domains of emotional intelligence, which are self-awareness, social awareness, self-management, and relationship management, and understanding mind-body energy. Integrating vulnerability into heart-based leadership and knowing when to lead with the heart or the head can strengthen interpersonal connections.

Action Insights

This workshop presents leadership lessons from six months of action learning on two projects. Through reflective inquiry, participants will assess how mindset and behavior affect project outcomes, personal growth, team dynamics, and organizational effectiveness. The programme’s content and modules M1 to M5 will guide these discussions.
